EHRPro is a product of Nivzen Onlyne Deals LLP, known as Nivzen Technologies. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the EHRPro website at ehrpro.in, the customer portal, and the EHRPro Windows software (“Software”). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, purchasing, or using the Software or Website, you enter into a binding agreement with Nivzen Onlyne Deals LLP (“we”, “us”, “our”). If you use the Software on behalf of a clinic, hospital, or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
If you do not agree to these Terms, our EULA, or applicable policies, do not use the Website or Software.
2. Product description
EHRPro is clinic and hospital management software for Windows, designed to help medical practitioners and facility administrators with patient registration, electronic health records, prescriptions, billing, appointments, pharmacy workflows, and related administrative tasks.
The Software is intended to support clinic administration and operations. It does not replace professional medical judgment, diagnosis, or treatment. You remain solely responsible for all clinical decisions and patient care.
Internet access is required for account signup, license activation, renewal, and some portal features. Core day-to-day clinical use can continue offline after activation, subject to your license status.
3. Eligibility and account registration
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. Portal accounts must use accurate contact and billing information. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and all activity under your account.
4. Free trial and evaluation
EHRPro may offer eligible customers a 30-day free trial through the customer portal. The trial allows you to install, activate, and evaluate the Software on a supported Windows PC before purchasing a paid license.
The trial may be subject to product limitations or terms stated on the website. No payment is required to start the trial when offered through the portal signup or download flow.
You are responsible for evaluating whether EHRPro meets your requirements during the free trial before purchasing. We encourage clinics to test workflows, installation, and activation during this period.
5. License and subscription
Subject to payment of applicable fees and compliance with these Terms and the EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software for your organization’s internal business purposes during the licensed period.
License scope, device limits, and plan features are defined by the plan you purchase on our Pricing page and your order confirmation. Subscriptions renew for the stated billing period unless you do not renew or we terminate access under these Terms.
6. Pricing, taxes, and payment
Prices are shown on the Pricing page and checkout flow. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, listed plan amounts are plus applicable GST (currently 18% where applicable). The total payable amount is displayed before you confirm payment.
Online payments are processed through Razorpay or other authorized payment providers. By paying, you authorize us and our payment partners to charge the total amount shown. GST invoices are issued by Nivzen Onlyne Deals LLP (GSTIN 24AATFN3030G1ZE) where applicable.
Paid purchases are generally non-refundable. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which describes limited exceptions such as duplicate payments, payment errors, or situations where a purchased license cannot be provided due to an issue attributable to us.
7. Updates and support
During an active subscription, we may provide software updates, bug fixes, and support through channels described on our Support page. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Website, portal, or support channels.
Support scope and response times are provided on a reasonable-efforts basis unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
8. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Software and Website lawfully and only for legitimate healthcare administration purposes. You must not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law.
- Redistribute, sublicense, rent, or resell the Software except as expressly allowed.
- Use the Software to store or process data in violation of applicable law.
- Interfere with security, abuse support channels, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
- Remove proprietary notices or misrepresent ownership of the Software.
9. Customer data ownership
You retain ownership and control of patient and clinic data entered into the Software on your devices. We do not claim ownership of your clinical records. You are responsible for backups, access control, and compliance with applicable data protection and medical record rules.

10. Intellectual property
The Software, Website, documentation, branding, and related materials are owned by Nivzen Onlyne Deals LLP or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you except the limited license granted above.
11. Third-party services
The Website and checkout may integrate third-party services (for example, payment gateways, email providers, analytics). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.
12. Availability, backups, and data responsibility
Because clinical data is stored locally on your PC, you are responsible for device security, power, storage, and regular backups. We are not liable for loss of local data due to hardware failure, malware, user error, or failure to maintain backups.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Website or portal features with reasonable notice where practicable.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your license or portal access if you breach these Terms, the EULA, or applicable law, or if required for security or legal reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the license key for future updates may end, but local data on your device remains under your control.
14. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SOFTWARE AND WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR MEET EVERY CLINICAL WORKFLOW REQUIREMENT.
15. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NIVZEN ONLYNE DEALS LLP AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE OR WEBSITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SOFTWARE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SOFTWARE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
16. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nivzen Onlyne Deals LLP and its affiliates from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Software, your clinical services, your data practices, or your breach of these Terms.
17. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms, subject to applicable law.
18. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date will change when we do. Material changes may be communicated via the Website or to registered customers. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
