What is new in EHRPro

EHRPro Clinic 1.2.2

What's new

  • Merge duplicates for Diagnoses, Symptoms, Areas, and Medicine Inventory (same idea as patient merge). Linked visits/patients/stock are remapped; duplicates are archived and hidden from pickers.
  • Collect payment from OPD Visits and the patient Visits tab when status is Pending or Partial — choose Cash/UPI/Card, then Full (remaining due) or Partial (enter amount).
  • Billing Collect now supports Full and Partial (not full-only).

Improvements

  • Visit rows include invoice details so payment can be collected without opening Billing first.
  • Merged medicines stay out of inventory lists, POS search, and stock summaries.

Who should update

  • All clinics on 1.2.1 or earlier — use the patch installer.
  • New clinics — use the full setup installer.

Notes

  • Collect payment requires Billing write permission.
  • Merge requires delete permission for that master list (or inventory delete for medicines).
