What EHRPro is
EHRPro is Windows-installed EHR software. It runs locally with MongoDB on your facility PC. Patient data stays on that computer — this is not a cloud EHR SaaS where every record lives on a vendor server.
The website and customer portal are for accounts, EHRPRO license keys, payments, and downloads. After you activate on a PC, daily OPD can continue offline. Renew on the portal, then Sync/Renew inside the app License page.
